Witchcraft Academy – A Magical Day at Bled Castle
This year too, witches will take over Bled Castle, creating a unique and unforgettable day for our youngest visitors. The program is designed as an interactive, themed experience that leads children into a world of magic, creativity, and play.
The Witchcraft Academy will take place on Friday, 31 October, from 10:00 to 15:00. The meeting point is at the fountain on the castle’s lower courtyard. There, children will pass through the symbolic Gate into the World of Magic, choose their magical wizard name, and receive a card for collecting magical stamps. They will then visit the Academy, where thy will acquire different magical skills. For each completed task, they will collect a symbol, unravel a secret password, and earn the title of a witch or wizard – with a special surprise waiting at the end!
Tickets: A ticket is required to attend. The presale price is €6 (for children aged 6+ and accompanying adults). On the day of the event, the ticket price will be the standard admission fee (as per the price list) for Bled Castle. The event will take place in any weather. Free shuttle transport will be available from the Bled Castle 2 car park.
Evening Program for Adults
It’s never too late for a magical experience! On the evening of 31 October, from 19:00 to 21:00, adults (15+) are invited to a special event filled with wizardry, spells, and stories. Step into the embrace of an enchanted night at the castle. Dress to thrill! Costumes are warmly invited — let your mask and outfit haunt the night in true Halloween style.
