Krapina Neanderthals, Visiting Exhibition, Opening Event

You are cordially invited to attend the opening of an amazing visiting exhibition by the Krapina Neanderthal Museum in Croatia:

KRAPINA NEANDERTHALS

on Friday, 4 April 2025 at 5 p.m. in the Knights' Hall at Bled Castle.

The exhibition is the first collaboration of two major history and heritage institutions – Bled Castle and the Krapina Neanderthal Museum. Both institutions have received numerous awards for their contribution and effort in preserving history heritage. In 2024 Bled Castle earned the Živa Award for Best Slavic Heritage Site while the Krapina Neanderthal Museum was awarded the European Heritage Label in 2015.

The Krapina Neanderthals exhibition will be presented by its author Jurica Sabol, Director of Museums of Hrvatsko Zagorje.

At the opening event, Katinka Dimkaroska will perform on the Neanderthal flute replica.
